This year Outdoor Ed will be held at Camp Arroyo from Tuesday, October 8th through Thursday, October 10th, 2024. Students will be away at camp for two nights and three days. Here they will focus on multiple scientific concepts through a variety of activities that include hiking and exploring nature. This will also be a fantastic opportunity for students to bond with peers and grow their independence.
All four Walnut Grove 5th grade classes will be attending camp at the same time.
The updated cost per student to attend Outdoor Ed is $300 which includes food, and lodging.
The deadline to make the $300 payment is October 1st, 2024.
Please note, there is a small transaction fee to pay through this website. You can also pay via check with no fee through Jamie Soares in the Walnut Grove front office (payable to Walnut Grove Elementary).
