To our Run Club participants...We strive to provide the best experience for our run club participants, we are seeking your support to sustain the club's activities and supplies. If possible, we kindly ask for a donation of $5-$10 per student via the Future Fund, which will greatly contribute to the success of our Run Club. Thank you for your support!
What is Run Club? The Walnut Grove Elementary School Run Club meets Fridays at 7:30 AM on the blacktop! Our inclusive club welcomes runners of all skill levels, from TK through fifth grade. Whether your child is a seasoned runner or just starting, our supportive environment will encourage them to set personal goals and reach new heights. Led by our passionate parent volunteers, you'll have the opportunity to improve your endurance, set personal goals, and make new friends along the way! Students have 20 minutes to run (or walk) as many laps as possible. Necklace charms are earned for every 10 miles completed (e.g. 10, 20, 30). Caregivers have the flexibility to drop-off their children, participate alongside them, or volunteer to lend a helping hand.
