If you are a parent/guardian of a PUSD student and have not accessed ParentVUE yet, you should receive an email that has login and access information. Please refer to the steps below ONLY if you are new to the district and/or have not accessed your ParentVUE account yet:
- In your email search bar, enter either of these:
- no_reply@pleasantonusd.net
- ParentVUE Activation for Synergy
- Check your email Spam or Trash folder
- If you use Gmail, check your Promotions/Social folders
- If you still cannot locate the email, please submit a ticket to https://pleasantonusdca.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new and an agent will address your problem as soon as possible.
